Ada Healey directs all real estate strategies for Vulcan Real Estate鈥檚 $3 billion portfolio. She has led the team’s redevelopment of 60 acres in Seattle鈥檚 South Lake Union neighborhood, expanded the company鈥檚 footprint to Bellevue, and partnered with Seattle Housing Authority on its redevelopment of Yesler. Under her direction, Vulcan Real Estate has developed over 13 million square feet including 4,200 residential units, delivering an average of more than 500,000 square feet annually since 2004. Ada can be credited with Vulcan Real Estate鈥檚 widespread industry recognition for its innovative development approaches and commitment to sustainability.

Brandon Morgan oversees Vulcan Real Estate鈥檚 residential development portfolio. He has managed the development and construction of over 2,700 units, including sixteen projects with LEED or Built Green certification. Brandon is the team鈥檚 housing policy and sustainability expert, and he manages energy and water use benchmarking for the entire real estate investment portfolio.

Brian Crowe spearheads portfolio investment analysis and strategy at Vulcan Real Estate, with financial expertise in acquisitions, financing, development, operations, and dispositions. With more than 27 years of experience in real estate development and asset management, Brian leads a team of underwriters providing financial analysis for transactions across the investment horizon.

Charlie Laboda leads the construction management team for Vulcan Real Estate鈥檚 multifamily projects. He provides oversite on the residential portfolio and has managed numerous complex development projects comprising more than 1,000 units in Seattle’s Yesler and Central Area neighborhoods.

Corey is the lead for all strategic regulatory, business, and legal issues relating to the environmental remediation required by Vulcan Real Estate鈥檚 development work. He supports the strategic plan across acquisition, design and construction, and disposition of real estate assets. Corey is also a construction project manager on the residential and commercial development teams.

Darrin spearheads the project cost control function at Vulcan Real Estate. He has a degree in Quantity Surveying and more than 30 years of experience in real estate development including Commercial Office, Multifamily Residential, Sports Arenas, Laboratories and Biological Manufacturing, Higher Education. Darrin has managed a multitude of complex development projects since joining Vulcan Real Estate in 2007. Tenants for these projects have included Vulcan corporate entities, City of Bothell, UW School of Medicine, Amazon, Google, Facebook.

Deron Hayes-Hirschy is the in-house Visual Designer for Vulcan Real Estate. As such, she creates marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and signage, and ensures that all external-facing design materials follow appropriate brand guidelines for Vulcan Real Estate, as well as for individually-branded projects.

Geralyn D. Vannoy executes the commercial leasing strategy for Vulcan Real Estate’s investment portfolio, and her deep experience has resulted in the successful marketing and leasing of the company’s assets. She also serves as asset manager for select Vulcan Real Estate properties.

Ian Warner is the Public Policy Director at Vulcan Real Estate, responsible for a combination of public policy, legal analysis, and engagement with local partners to continue creating more vibrant and equitable communities.

Jacqueline Gruber leads Vulcan Real Estate鈥檚 local government and community relations efforts, working closely with diverse partners to create vibrant and more equitable communities. In her role, she tracks and informs policy to promote housing production, inclusive economic development, and accessible public transportation.

Josh Lackey leads marketing, branding, and communications efforts for Vulcan Real Estate. He drives marketing strategy for the company and its commercial real estate projects, starting with brand development, all the way through creative direction, content strategy, and public relations.

Kiki Gram manages the development of residential and small commercial projects for Vulcan Real Estate and has more than 20 years of experience in the building industry. As a licensed architect she brings expertise in project feasibility and building codes to the team, informing early project direction and successfully navigating complex entitlements. With a design background and extensive construction experience, she works collaboratively with project teams to deliver high quality, transit-oriented, sustainable developments.

Kristel Felder manages office, retail, and multifamily assets for Vulcan Real Estate. Her primary responsibilities include operational oversight, marketing and leasing, budgeting and performance tracking, risk mitigation, compliance, dispositions, and market research. Additionally, she ensures adherence to sustainability initiatives and compliance with legislative and lender requirements.

Krystal Russell is responsible for research, analysis, and underwriting support for Vulcan Real Estate鈥檚 acquisition efforts and residential development pipeline. Prior to this role she spent four years in Vulcan’s Finance department working on commercial and residential projects under development.

Lee Fulford leads Vulcan Real Estate’s document and records compliance efforts in accordance with Washington State regulations. In her role, she also manages permit funding and permit processing for the team’s residential and commercial projects in Seattle and Bellevue.

Lori Mason Curran joined the Vulcan Real Estate team in 2002 and leads the formulation of investment strategy for the real estate portfolio. In addition to overseeing valuation of the company’s commercial assets, her ongoing market research is used to inform acquisition, disposition, and overall investment decisions.

Madeline Herzog is Ada M. Healey鈥檚 Executive Assistant, and she coordinates overall administrative support for the Vulcan Real Estate team. Additionally, Madeline coordinates access to external SharePoint sites for active projects.

Mahi Demissie is responsible for overseeing construction on several of Vulcan Real Estate’s residential and commercial projects in the Seattle and Bellevue markets. The projects she manages comprise more than 600 residential units and 1.3 million square feet of commercial office and retail space.

Megan Murphy leads marketing and leasing for Vulcan Real Estate’s multifamily residential portfolio. She specializes in identifying key markets, developing residential product, and leading the marketing and leasing through stabilization. She has over 20 years of experience in residential and lifestyle marketing and has led the marketing, planning, and leasing of more than 4,200 residential units in downtown Seattle and Bellevue.

Michael Wang manages the delivery of office assets for Vulcan Real Estate including 2 million square feet of build-to-suit office projects in the Bellevue CBD. Prior to this role, Michael spearheaded the team’s acquisitions efforts by sourcing, underwriting, and closing residential and commercial land in the Seattle and Bellevue markets.

Mike Woo manages the development of Vulcan Real Estate’s residential and commercial office projects including a build-to-suit office building for Google in South Lake Union and 700 residential units across three buildings in Seattle’s Yesler neighborhood.

Murray Crampton leads Vulcan Real Estate鈥檚 commercial development sector, where he is responsible for the product strategy and delivery of office projects. He played a key role in Vulcan Real Estate’s recent entry into the Bellevue market, including overseeing 2 million square feet of build-to-suit office space for Amazon.

As Senior Development Manager at Vulcan Real Estate, Nick Lenington is focused on project delivery from entitlements, through design and construction. He manages predevelopment and development activities for 1.7 million square feet of commercial office and life science projects in the Seattle and Bellevue markets.

With nearly 30 years of development, owner鈥檚 rep, and construction management experience, Raymond Burdick has managed a multitude of complex development projects for Vulcan Real Estate. Tenants for these projects have included Vulcan corporate entities, City of Bothell, UW School of Medicine, Amazon, and Google.

Robert S. Arron oversees the leasing and marketing efforts for Vulcan Real Estate鈥檚 investment portfolio. He has negotiated more than 5 million square feet of commercial leases for the company, encompassing several property types including office, life science, and retail. Robert serves as Vulcan Real Estate’s liaison with the brokerage community and also manages relationships with prospective tenants. He has more than 35 years of experience leading leasing, listing brokerage, asset management, acquisition, and disposition teams.

Scott Matthews directs Vulcan Real Estate鈥檚 residential and mixed-use development projects and leads the strategic acquisition efforts for the real estate portfolio. Scott plays a key role in the master planning and strategic direction of the company’s real estate investment activities in Seattle鈥檚 South Lake Union neighborhood, as well as expansion into other local submarkets including Yesler, Central Area, and Bellevue.

Steve Hissong is responsible for managing Vulcan Real Estate鈥檚 office, retail, and residential assets including marketing and leasing, operations, and dispositions. Since 2012, Steve has led property disposition efforts totaling $4.3 billion, including the $1.15 billion Amazon Headquarters sale, which was the largest real estate transaction in the U.S. in 2012.

Trevor Konieczny manages construction and permanent financing activities for Vulcan Real Estate鈥檚 office, retail, and multifamily real estate portfolio. He leverages his investment underwriting experience to negotiate favorable terms on behalf of Vulcan Real Estate and has closed more than $2.2 billion of financing for the company, including several large balance sheet and syndicated debt transactions.
