Connecting Old Town to Downtown
Located in the heart of Bellevue, West Main is walking distance from the city’s best destinations. Comprised of three mixed-use office-over-retail buildings, West Main’s half-block campus is intentionally designed with ample space between the towers to allow for distant views of the skyline and maximum solar access. The development promotes a pedestrian-friendly environment with open green space and inviting retail that creates a vibrant street-level experience. Workers and visitors also have convenient access to several freeways and public transit options, including Bellevue Transit Center and two new light rail stations.

Reimagining the Urban Garden
West Main's design prioritizes inclusivity and vibrancy. By seamlessly integrating landscape design and art, the project invites everyone to participate in its energy. It’s a testament to the conscious effort to create a space that resonates with the essence of Bellevue—a harmonious blend of urban sophistication and natural allure.
Inside La Mar Bellevue
As you can guess from the name, the main event at La Mar is seafood, a theme woven into the restaurant’s design. The entryway has an art installation made of recycled marine materials. As guests enter, they walk past the cebiche bar and a display of some of the fish on the menu. There’s additional art in the tiered dining room and what a spokesperson called a “school of fish swimming above the table in the private dining room.
